Form 19:

Form 19 is used when the employees have to withdrawal all the amount from the Employees Provident Fund Account. Form 10c:

Form 10c is also used along with the Form 19 and Form 20. The main purpose to fill that form is to settlement of Provident Fund under old Family Pension Fund. Form 10c is also used for the withdrawal of the amount of the provident fund of New Employees’ Pension Scheme EPS 95 or for issue of Certificate for retaining membership. Form 13:

Form 13 is used for the transferring the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Account from the old company to the new company. Form 14:

Form 10-D:

Form 10-D is used for getting the pension. This is a pension form. The person himself or his nominees can fill and submit the form and get the amount of the pension. EPF Form 20:

Form 20 is used when any person is dead and his legal representative can fill this form to claim for the provident fund account. Form 31:

How to Withdraw Provident Fund (PF) Online

Employee can download the fill the details in the form and he can submit the form along with all the documents if any, in the nearest EPF Office. An employee has to fill the information like

  • Employees Provident Account Number
  • Bank Account Number
  • IFSC code of Bank
  • Date of Joining the Company
  • Date of Leaving the Company

TDS Provisions on Withdrawal of Provident Fund

If any employee of the company  withdraws more than or equal to Rs. 30000 from his Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Account within less than 5 years then the provisions are made of the TDS which are given below:

  • TDS will be deducted @ 10% : If the employee not submitted the Form 15G or Form 15 .
  • TDS will be deducted @34.608 : If the employee not submitted the PAN.

EPF Withdrawal Rules and Regulations

Employees have to know all the rules and regulations of the Employees Provident Fund Account. A salaried employee can withdraw his provident fund only two times. Firstly, if he or she has no job and secondly after two months have are gone since his last employment. All the employees have to follow all the rules and regulations. Employees can only withdraw the six times if he or his family needs a medical treatment. Employees can repayment of the home loan but there is a condition that the 10 years of his services must be completed. Employee must be 54 years old to withdraw up to 90% of the provident balance.
